Cancellation Policy:
We try to be as clear as possible regarding our cancellation policy. Unfortunately this results in a lengthy policy. Booking partner policy is applicable for booking made with our partners. The following applies for bookings made with us direct:
Flex rates: One night deposit is required to guarantee your booking. Cancellations will incur a $20 administrative fee. A 100% refund of the paid deposit (minus admin fee) will apply to cancellations 3 days or more prior to your arrival date. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 3 days of the date of arrival. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.
Saver rates: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking; No Amendment; No Cancellation; Full Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Group bookings and Park House: Bookings for 2 units or more or for more than 5 persons are handled as a group booking. Cancellations will incur a $20 administrative fee per unit. A 100% refund will apply to cancellations up to 10 days prior arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 10 days of the date of arrival. No refund for a reduction in guest numbers or shortening of the stay.
For all rates (including booking partners): Fails to arrive on check-in date will cancel the full booking and no refunds are given. No refunds once checked-in.

Checkin Policy
All guests must report to Reception.
Reception Hours - 8.30am-7.00pm. If you arrive after 7.00pm, please contact us on 0800 287 275 to arrange a late check-in.
Check in from - 2:00 pm. Check out by - 10:00 am.
